Cheese Cake

4 8oz (32oz) whipped cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 16 oz sour cream
5 eggs
1 ½ cup sugar
2T corn starch
1t vanilla
1t lemon juice

fruit toppings
graham cracker crust

let ingredients stand at room temp. butter – cream cheese. All other except eggs. 1 egg at a time. Put into spring form pan (w/ crust) bake 350 at least 1 hour. Put water in oven.
