    Lemon zest Lime zest Garlic (minced) Salt Pepper Olive oil Some melted butter Fresh parsley chopped Mix all ingredients and brush on.

  • Lemon Chicken

    Flour Salt and pepper Garlic White wine Olive oil Butter 2 or 3 lemons mushrooms mozzarella cheese flour, salt and peper chicken. Brown in olive oil, butter and garlic. Remove and keep warm. Add white wine, juice from 2 lemons (at least) and a little more garlic. Reduce more and pour over chicken.
