    2 ¼ cup oat bran 1T baking powder ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup honey 1 ¼ cup skim milk 2 egg whites (or 2 egg beaters) 2T veg oil mix dry mix wet add ½ cups nuts, chips, raisins, etc. 1 cup total. Bake 425 15-17 minutes.
