12 mini pan
1 ¼ cup flour
¼ t salt
3 large eggs
1 ¼ cup milk
2T butter (cut into 12 pieces)
1T butter melted
oil or spray pan. Preheat pan and over to 400. Blend flour, salt, eggs milk and the melted butter until mixture consistency of heavy cream (1-2 min). can be done any way and refrigerate batter should be used at room temp. place 1 small piece of butter in preheated pan until butter bubbles ( about 1 min) full each ½ full and bake for 20 min. reduce heat to 300 and bake 20 more mins.
