Chicken Tortilla Soup
Chicken – sliced 1 med onion garlic 2T oil 4 cup broth ¼ cup red pepper 1t red crushed chilies salt and pepper 15 oz tomato puree corn (maza) tortillas Monterrey jack cheese cool oil, onions, garlic. Add chicken then other ingredients. Put pieces tortilla and chopped (shredded) cheese in bowl. Add soup over.

1 ripe mango – small cubes splash lemon juice 1 red onion – cubed 1 1.2 cups – chopped pineapple (tidbits 2002) Optional 1 med tomato 1 tsp chicken bouillon 1 tsp chilli powder
