Jerk Chicken
2 lbs chicken breast
½ cup lite soy sauce
2T sesame oil
3 cloves garlic – chopped
3 green onions – chopped
3T thyme
1 ½ t allspice
1 ½ t pepper (use lots less)
½ t cinnamon
½ t red peppers
marinate at least one hour
Mango Salsa2
3 mangoes diced
1 papaya diced
2 green onions minced
2 t. brown sugar
1T lemon juice
1-2t hot sauce (cayenne pepper ok)
